TREATMENTS

Physical therapy (PT) treatments focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function through a variety of techniques. The specific treatment plan depends on your condition, injury, or rehabilitation goals.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Physical therapy strength training focuses on building muscle strength, endurance, and stability to improve movement and prevent injury.

  1. Resistance Exercises – Using body weight, resistance bands, free weights, or machines to strengthen muscles.

  2. Functional Strength Training – Exercises that mimic daily movements (e.g., squats, lunges) to improve real-life mobility.

  3. Core & Stability Training – Strengthening the core muscles for better posture, balance, and injury prevention.

  4. Progressive Overload – Gradually increasing resistance or intensity to safely build strength over time.

This type of training is tailored to individual needs, whether for injury recovery, post-surgery rehab, or athletic performance.

SPINAL MANIPULATION

Hands-on techniques used to improve joint mobility, alignment, and overall movement.

Spinal Manipulation – A high-velocity, low-amplitude thrust applied to the spine to relieve pain and enhance function.

These techniques help reduce pain, restore function, and improve movement efficiency.
