Who We Are

BEN NICHOLLS
Founder & PT
A Zimbabwe native, Ben moved to Utah for the University of Utah’s Physical Therapy doctorate program, where he met his wife, Candy a Huntsville native. After traveling the globe playing rugby, he now calls Ogden Valley home, serving Huntsville, Eden, and Liberty.
With experience as a professional athlete and coach in the MLR, Ben played for Zimbabwe’s National Rugby team and was contracted with the USA Rugby 7s at the Olympic Training Center. He spent his time at the Olympic Training Center being mentored by top trainers and physical therapists, he now focuses on innovative recovery and training methods.
Since earning his doctorate in 2013, Ben has worked in orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation at Northern Utah Specialty Hospital, and professional athlete recovery. His expertise, compassion, and skill help clients feel confident in their rehabilitation journey.

CANDY NICHOLLS
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Candy is a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for movement, health, and wellness. As a former semi-professional telemark skier, she honed her skills in strength, balance, and endurance—qualities that also guide her as a mother of 4. With years of experience as an ICU and ER nurse, Candy brings a deep understanding of the human body and a commitment to helping others heal and thrive. Her expertise in Pilates allows her to blend athletic performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, empowering clients to build strength, mobility, and resilience in all aspects of life.

PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Emily is a Balanced Body–trained Pilates instructor and the head physical therapy aide at Valley Physical Therapy. With a degree in Exercise Science and extensive hands-on experience in patient care, Emily blends movement expertise with a supportive, client-centered teaching style.
Emily is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and move with confidence. Her background in physical therapy allows her to tailor Pilates sessions with a rehabilitative mindset—focusing on safe progressions, functional movement, and long-term wellness.
Whether guiding clients through individualized Pilates programs or supporting their recovery in the clinic, Emily creates an encouraging, positive environment where every person feels empowered and supported. She is committed to helping clients discover their potential, build resilience, and enjoy movement again.

MADI KEITH
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Madi is a dedicated massage therapist with a strong foundation in movement science and patient care. With a degree in Exercise Science and several years of experience working as a physical therapy aide, Madi brings a deep understanding of functional movement, rehabilitation, and wellness to every session.
Her approach blends therapeutic skill with a warm, client-centered focus—focusing not only on relieving pain and tension but also on helping clients move better, feel stronger, and restore balance in their daily lives.
Madi tailors each treatment, addressing chronic discomfort, aiding recovery, or providing much-needed relaxation, she strives to create a calming, empowering experience that helps people feel their best.
