REFORMER INTRO

A one time intro class designed for beginners or those new to Reformer Pilates. This class introduces you to the fundamental principles of Pilates, including core engagement, breath control, and proper alignment, while using the Reformer to provide resistance and support. You’ll learn basic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and posture in a welcoming environment. Perfect for those looking to build a solid Pilates foundation and experience the benefits of this low-impact, full-body workout.

REFORMER CLASSIC

Classic Pilates follows the original principles of Joseph Pilates, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and controlled movement. This full-body workout incorporates breathwork, precise alignment, and fluid transitions to build stability, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness.  The class progresses through a structured series of movements designed to strengthen, lengthen, and balance the body. Suitable for all levels, Classic Pilates offers a low-impact yet highly effective approach to fitness and well-being.

REFORMER PILATES
