Frequently Asked Questions
We perform a variety of treatments that we will tailor to your specific needs. Some of the techniques we use are dry needling, soft tissue massage, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, joint mobilization, stretching, strength building, therapeutic exercises, ice and heat, spinal adjustment and many more. Your treatment will be performed in a private treatment room as well as a gym setting using a variety of rehabilitation equipment.
Bring your ID and insurance card, physicians prescriptions, a list of current medications, MRIs, X-rays, etc.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and a pair of tennis shoes.
Most treatment schedules are 2-3 times a week, for 45 minutes to an hour. This may vary based on the condition of your injury as well as your physical ability. Treatment plans are usually between 6-12 weeks with periodic evaluations and follow ups from you doctor.
Yes, please do! Although we can request them from your Doctor's office, it is better if you provide them for us on your initial visit so we can perform a more accurate evaluation and treatment plan out the gate.
During your first appointment, you will complete initial paperwork, and we will copy your insurance card and ID for authorization. You will then meet with Ben to discuss your condition and create a plan for future sessions.
